Anna Krekora

Anna focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate reorganizations. She advises clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, technology and healthcare, on acquisitions, investments, restructurings and day-to-day corporate matters. Her experience includes supporting complex cross-border transactions, coordinating multijurisdictional due diligence exercises and advising on post-acquisition and corporate governance matters. Anna regularly works with international clients on Polish aspects of regional and global transactions.

• Advised Arbonia on the EUR 760 million cross-border sale of its Climate Division to Midea Group, involving ten European and Asian jurisdictions and extensive multi-office coordination.
• Advised Safe Life AB on its entry into and expansion of the Polish market through the acquisition of AEDMAX.pl and a subsequent strategic add-on acquisition in the first-aid and defibrillator sector.
• Advised Elanco Animal Health on the acquisition of AHV International through a combined share and asset transaction spanning 16 jurisdictions across Europe, North America and Oceania.
• Advised MidEuropa on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in OSHEE, supporting the private equity investor on M&A, financing and antitrust aspects of the transaction.
• Advised WeNet Group, Poland’s largest provider of internet marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and a portfolio company of Innova Capital, on the acquisition of Semergy Group from Bauer Media Group (including performance of due diligence).
• Advised SPIE on the acquisition of Elektromontaż Poznań, a leading provider of electrical, sanitary and HVAC installation services and manufacturer of power equipment (including performance of due diligence).
• Advised Etex, a global manufacturer of building materials, on the acquisition of Scalamid, a producer of fiber cement panels.
• Advised Polaris Management, an investment house focused on supporting mid-sized companies in the Nordics since 1998, on the Polish aspects of the acquisition of 7N sp. z o.o. and 7N CIM sp. z o.o. – part of 7N A/S group, an IT consultancy.
• Advised a Swedish client on the acquisition of a Poland-based distributor of medical equipment.
• Advised on multijurisdictional due diligence of a pharmaceutical company.
