Biography
Anna Krekora is an associate within the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of the Firm’s Warsaw office. She is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland.
Anna graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz in 2019. She spent three semesters abroad enhancing her knowledge in European Law and Public and Private International Law. In addition to her expertise in M&A transactions, she has over seven years of experience in advising clients in civil and commercial law matters, including representing clients before the courts and other national institutions.

Practice Focus
Anna focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and global reorganizations. She is experienced in mergers and acquisitions in various sectors with a focus on manufacturing, IT and healthcare. She has extensive experience in leading multijurisdictional due diligence projects and has been involved in numerous significant cross-border transactions. Anna also advises clients on day-to-day corporate maintenance and complex reorganization projects.

- Advised WeNet Group S.A., Poland's largest provider of internet marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and a portfolio company of Innova Capital, on the acquisition of Semergy Group from Bauer Media Group (including performance of due diligence).
- Advised SPIE on the acquisition of Elektromontaż Poznań S.A., a leading provider of electrical installation services, sanitary, HVAC installation and manufacturer of power equipment (including performance of due diligence).
- Advised Etex, a global manufacturer of building materials, on the acquisition of Scalamid, a manufacturer of fibre-cement panels.
- Advised Polaris Management, an investment house focused on supporting mid-sized companies in the Nordics since 1998, on the Polish aspects of the acquisition of 7N sp. z o.o. and 7N CIM sp. z o.o. – part of 7N A/S group, an IT consultancy dedicated to solving the toughest challenges.
- Advised a Swedish client on the acquisition of a Poland-based distributor of medical equipment.
- Advised on a multijurisdictional DD of a pharmaceutical company.
