Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Michaël was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges serving in its Private Equity / M&A practice in Paris.

Michaël focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, with particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts, private acquisitions and divestitures, both domestic and cross-border.
