Fay Koopman is a junior associate in Baker McKenzie Amsterdam's Employment & Compensation practice. She advises national and international clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
Practice Focus
Fay advises multinational companies and small and medium-sized enterprises on a broad range of employment law matters. She supports clients on issues relating to collective dismissals, employee participation, corporate reorganizations and employment disputes. Fay also advises on matters involving employee illness and performance-related issues.
