Jan Kolář
Biography
Jan Kolář joined Baker McKenzie's Prague office in October 2018. He is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie’s Banking & Finance and Capital Markets Practice Groups.
Practice Focus
Jan has extensive experience advising clients, including bank and credit institutions, investment funds, and payment institutions, in all areas of financial services law, among others, in matters concerning licensing, product distribution, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Jan is also active in the fields of debt and equity capital markets, where he has been advising issuers, underwriters, and other market participants on many complex transactions. He also has experience advising sponsors and issuers in securitization transactions.
