He is experienced in advising listed and non-listed companies in their domestic and global cross border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, tender offer, amalgamation, and anti-takeover, offshore structuring and structuring exit options.

• Advised Capital Nomura Securities Public Company Limited, CGS-CIMB Securities (Thailand) Company Limited, Finansa Securities Limited, Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited Krungsri Securities Public Company Limited as well as Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Macquarie Capital Securities (Singapore) Pte. Limited and Merrill Lynch (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as a Thai legal counsel in the initial public offering of 2,384,318,900 shares of Thai Life Insurance PCL under Regulation S and Rule 144A with the value of Baht 37 billion.
• Advised Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited, SCB Securities Company Limited as well as J.P. Morgan Securities plc and UBS AG, Singapore Branch as a Thai legal counsel in public offering of the new ordinary shares issued by Siam Makro and the sale of the existing shares by CPALL, Charoen Pokphand Holding and C.P. Merchandising to investors in the domestic and international markets under Rule 144A and Regulation S with the value of THB 47.850 billion. The public offering was launched after the acquisition of Lotus Group in Thailand and Malaysia by Siam Makro.
• Advised SCG PACKAGING Public Company Limited on its spin off and IPO of 1,127.5 million shares in the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the exemption of Regulation S of the US Securities Act 1933, having the value of THB 39.5 billion (USD 1.3 billion), with offerings to institutional investors, Cornerstone Investors and international investors. The offering is Thailand’s second largest IPO in 2020. 
• Advised S Hotels and Resorts Public Company Limited on its initial public offering of 1.437 million shares in the Stock Exchange of Thailand, with the value of THB 7.475 billion or approximately USD 260 million.
• Advised Global Green Chemicals Public Company Limited, a pioneer oleochemicals producer in Thailand on the initial public offering (IPO) and listing of its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). The offering size is approximately THB 3,000 million (USD 87 million) and market capitalization at IPO is approximately THB 11,050 million (USD 320 million).
• Advised Carabao Group Public Company Limited on its USD 210 million international IPO and the listing of its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, in tandem with a global offering to investors pursuant to Regulation S of US Securities laws. This deal was named Best Equity Deal of The Year 2014 in Southeast Asia by Alpha Southeast Asia Magazine.

• Advised Singha Estate Public Company Limited, a leading Thai property investment and development company, on the sale of 51.56% of shares in Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited to Somwattana Group.
• Advised True Corporation Public Company Limited in the business collaboration and the sale of 49.99% shares in True Touch Company Limited via its subsidiary, Telecom Holding Co., Ltd. to BellSystem24 Holdings, Inc.
• Advised major shareholders of Maxi Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. in sale of shares and joint venture with Howden Broking Group Ltd.
• Advised Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited in its joint venture arrangement in Bangkok Metro Networks Limited with Plan B Media Public Company Limited.
• Acting as local counsel of Chubb Limited, the parent company of Chubb Group, one of the world's largest multiline property and casualty insurers, on the acquisition of a 99.21% worth THB 6 billion in Chubb Samaagi Insurance PCL, followed by the partial business transfer of the target to the existing non-life business, which marks the first non-life insurance company to obtain such approval from the Office of Insurance Commission.
