Practice Focus

Mark advises private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions in connection with complex domestic and global financing transactions, including acquisition financing, leveraged buyouts, debtor-in-possession financings, first and second lien financings, asset-based loans, re-financings, subscription financings, and secured and unsecured debt structures.
