Biography

Daniel Jurcevic is an associate in the Transactions Practice Group at Baker McKenzie’s Zurich office. He graduated from the University of Zurich and the Maastricht University in 2021 and was admitted to the bar in 2024. Before joining Baker McKenzie in 2026, Daniel worked at a Swiss business law firm in Zurich, where he also completed his traineeship prior to being admitted to the bar. He further gained judicial experience through a traineeship at the Commercial Court of Aargau.

Practice Focus

Daniel focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients on a broad range of general corporate matters and supports both buy side and sell side in domestic and cross border M&A transactions across different industry sectors. His experience includes advising on corporate governance issues, corporate restructurings and various share and asset deals, from initial structuring to closing and post closing matters.
