Biography

Diede is a mid-level associate in the Tax Practice Group in the Brussels office. He joined Baker McKenzie in 2022.

Practice Focus

Diede advises on all aspects of Belgian and international direct tax, with a particular emphasis on the Belgian tax incentives and Belgian tax dimension of domestic and cross-boarder reorganizations and M&A transactions. 

His work spans the full lifecycle of a transition, from structuring and due diligence through implementation and ongoing tax compliance and reporting obligations.

Alongside his transactional practice, Diede assists clients in tax disputes, representing them at both the administrative and judicial stages.
