Prior to joining the Firm, Jose provided services in other national and international law firms in the same field.

Jose has advised national and international clients in M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, transfer of business and joint ventures.
He also has experience in advising clients on funds investments, in corporate law and commercial law matters in general and in due diligence processes.
