
Carson J. Henderson
Biography
Carson is a member of Baker McKenzie’s North America Litigation and Government Enforcement Practice Group. In law school, Carson served as the Chair of the University of Arkansas School of Law Board of Advocates, an organization dedicated to conducting and assisting with internal and external law school advocacy competitions. Carson also served as the Justice for the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity chapter, and he clerked with multiple firms while in law school.
Practice Focus
Carson’s practice encompasses a wide variety of litigation matters. He has represented clients in state and federal court proceedings, as well as in domestic arbitration proceedings across numerous industries. Carson has experience with state and federal employment claims, as well as with a large variety of commercial litigation claims. Carson advises clients in all phases of litigation.

- Represented numerous employers in connection with FLSA wage and hour violation claims and employment discrimination claims.
- Represented drilling and exploration company in multiple catastrophic injury investigations and in related litigation in state and federal court.
- Represented numerous insurance brokers in matters involving complex insurance disputes.
