He regularly works on a comprehensive scope of mining matters, focusing in mining and corporate law, as well as on environmental and regulatory law applicable to projects. Additionally, he assists clients with various and related environmental, regulatory and energy aspects. On the other hand, he advises in the supervision of their corporate governance, and contractual aspects, in general.

• Reviewed envisaged corporate, mining, environmental and regulatory issues for the expansion to other mining sites for Mantos Copper S.A..
• Provided contract assessment for KGHM, in particular for SCM Franke.
• Advised Fortescue Metals Group Ltda on the local environmental impact assessment process.
• Assessed and guided Haldeman Mining Company in new regulations of the waters rights in Chile, as well of the potential effects of the existing constitutional process.
