Biography
Laure Gravy is a junior associate in the Employment & Compensation in the Brussels office. She joined Baker McKenzie in 2025.
Practice Focus
Laure advises local and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, social security law and pension law. Laure provides companies with day-to-day advice on HR questions. She also assists clients with larger projects, such as (individual or collective) dismissals or amendments to their remuneration frameworks. In addition, she represents clients in conflicts, both in court proceedings and in settlements.
