Victoria Fink
Biography
Victoria Fink is a senior associate and member of the Baker McKenzie Employment & Compensation Practice Group in Vienna. She joined the Firm as a junior associate in January 2019. Before joining the Firm, she gathered experience as a junior associate in a renowned Vienna law firm for several years, where her main focus was on litigation, also before labor courts. Victoria passed the Austrian bar examination in 2020.
Practice Focus
On a daily basis Victoria advises national and international clients in all aspects of employment law as well as assisting them in drafting and optimizing employment-related agreements and policies. She always pursues a practical and solution orientated approach.
