Biography
Arianna Ferri is a senior associate primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, with a strong track record advising both domestic and international clients. Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate transactions, including cross-border acquisitions, corporate reorganizations of multinational groups, and general corporate governance matters.
She graduated in Law from Bocconi University in 2011 and is admitted to the Milan Bar.

- Advised Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group and the Zanetti family on corporate aspects regarding the entry of the private equity fund QuattroR SGR S.p.A. into the share capital of Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group through the subscription of a reserved capital increase.
- Advised Keesing Italia on corporate aspects related to the acquisition of Sudoku.
- Advised the Caterpillar Group on the acquisition, through its subsidiary Progress Rail, of ECM.
- Advised DFDS on corporate aspects in connection with the acquisition of 98.8% of U.N. Ro-Ro.
