Biography
Javier is Tax Team Leader at our Madrid office. Javier joined the Firm in 2015 and worked at our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices between 2019 and 2020.
Practice Focus
Javier advices corporations and individuals on Spanish tax issues, focusing on international taxation, international tax planning, cross-border transactions and international mobility. He is particularly active in the TMT industry, with experience in technology and software companies.
His practice also includes the Media and Entertainment industry, regularly advising on tax incentives applicable to audiovisual works.
