Biography
Fidan Erbay is a tax specialist in the Tax Practice Group at Baker McKenzie in Zurich. She successfully passed the German tax advisor exam in 2025 and previously gained valuable experience at a leading commercial law firm in Germany. Her practice focuses on national and international tax law. Following her move to Switzerland, she is further advancing her specialization and will pursue the qualification as a Swiss Certified Tax Expert with great dedication.
Practice Focus
Fidan Erbay focuses on national and international tax law, with a particular emphasis on transaction-related tax advisory. She supports matters involving M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and cross-border tax planning. She is involved in advising Swiss and international clients on inbound and outbound tax matters and assists throughout various phases of transactions, particularly in the areas of tax due diligence, structuring and the tax aspects of transaction documentation.
