Jennifer is a senior associate in the Real Estate team at Baker McKenzie in Dubai. Jennifer began her legal career, gaining experience within the corporate division of a leading Scottish firm before becoming dual qualified in England and Wales and undertaking a real estate role within a leading international firm.

Jennifer has experience in a range of commercial property transactions, including development sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, forward funding, commercial leasing and investment, asset sales and purchases.

• Advised on large‑scale logistics and industrial real estate projects across the Middle East, including multi‑site developments, strategic land platforms and phased development structures.
• Acted on mixed‑use and hospitality‑led developments, including the negotiation of hotel and branded residence documentation, with a focus on key commercial and operator provisions.
