Harmeena Dhillon
Biography
Harmeena is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Employment & Compensation Law Practice Group in Toronto.
Prior to joining the Firm, Harmeena articled at a national full-service firm in Toronto.
During law school, Harmeena served as the president of the Windsor Law Punjabi Association and a co-founder of the Windsor Law Sikh Law Student Association. Through these initiatives, Harmeena launched the Jaswant Khalra Memorial Scholarship, and was the recipient of the 2025/2026 Access to Justice Award. Harmeena also completed a semester abroad during her final year of law school at Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, focusing on international business law.
Practice Focus
Harmeena is building a broad advisory and litigation practice, focusing on employment and labour relations.
