Mateusz Cieślak specialises in institutional real estate transactions (industrial, office and retail sectors) and real estate law, with focus on construction and zoning law. He advised international and domestic investors, biggest domestic developers, financing institutions and private investors. He is experienced with both share and asset deals. Mateusz performed or supervised numerous due diligence exercises for investors or financing institutions.

• Team member advising one of the largest investment banks on the acquisition of a portfolio of four office buildings in Warsaw.
• Assisted an asset management company in portfolio acquisition comprising 28 shopping centres located across Poland, and on the subsequent resale of 12 properties from this portfolio to a leading retail property owner in Poland.
• Advised on of the largest investment manager in private equity real estate in CEE on the acquisition of a number of logistics properties located in Poland.
