Luis Casals
Biography
Luis Casals is a partner in the Firm’s Madrid office since 2010. He leads the Private Equity team in Madrid and is also a member of the Firm’s EMEA Private Equity Steering Committee.
Practice Focus
Luis is primarily focused on leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals for private equity funds, infrastructure funds and corporations, both for Spanish and international clients. A large proportion of Luis’ work involves cross border or multi-country transactions.
