Christopher Caesar
Biography
Christopher Caesar is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Private Equity Practice Group in Stockholm. He works with leading Nordic and European private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as international corporates.
He joined Baker McKenzie in 2025. Prior to joining the Firm, Christopher worked in various roles such as a legal intern at a Swedish SaaS-company as well as a trainee at another corporate law firm while pursuing his studies at Stockholm University.

Practice Focus
Christopher focuses his practice mainly on M&A and private equity, advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as international corporate clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, incentive programs and add-on acquisitions for platform investments.

- Advised Nalka Invest on its acquisition of Airteam from Ratos AB (publ).
- Advised the owners of Safe Life on their divestment of a controlling stake in Safe Life to Bridgepoint.
- Advised FSN Capital and its portfolio company Håndverksgruppen on multiple acquisitions.
- Advised Nalka Invest in several add-on acquisitions for platform investments such as for Uniwater.
- Advised Celero Capital on its establishment of Deltra, including multiple add-on acquisitions.
- Advised MVI Fund and its portfolio company Nestit Group AB on multiple add-on acquisitions.
