Victoria Brammer
Biography
Victoria Brammer is a member of the Capital Markets Practice Group at Baker McKenzie's Zurich office. She graduated from the University of Zurich in 2022, having previously also studied at the Università Bocconi. Subsequently she joined the Firm as a trainee lawyer and re-joined as an associate in 2025, after having been admitted to the Swiss bar. Additionally, Victoria previously built a strong foundation in private law and corporate finance matters by working for various reputable law firms.
Practice Focus
Victoria advises domestic and international clients on debt and equity capital markets, regulatory issues, and corporate restructurings as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised BX-listed Ultima Capital on contribution in kind of CHF 530 million real estate assets against issuance of new shares, including a complex restructuring of the capital and shareholder structure and takeover clearance.
- Advised UBS Investment Bank on the world's first cross-border offering of digital securities fully executed and settled on a public blockchain (tokenized notes).
- Advised SIX-listed DocMorris on the sale of Zur Rose to Medbase.
