Biography

Alexander Bostoen is a senior associate in the Tax Practice Group in the Brussels and Antwerp office. He joined Baker McKenzie in 2026.

Practice Focus

Alexander advises Belgian and multinational businesses, organisations and entrepreneurs on their Belgian and international tax issues.

Alexander focuses on direct tax matters related to fund structuring (including carried interest structuring), M&A, financing structures and payroll (including management incentive plans).

He also regularly guides clients through tax audits and controversy procedures in these matters.
