Biography
Samar joined Baker McKenzie in 2018 and advises Saudi and international clients on a broad range of capital markets and corporate transactions. She brings strong expertise in Saudi regulatory matters to her practice, with a particular focus on IPOs and rights issues aimed at strengthening companies' financial position and supporting their growth and expansion strategies.
