Sultan Aydin
Biography
Sultan Aydin is an associate in the Capital Markets practice at Baker McKenzie in Zurich. She advises on Swiss corporate law, with a particular focus on capital markets and transactional matters.
Sultan graduated from the University of Basel in 2022 with a master's degree in business law. She was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2025. Prior to rejoining Baker McKenzie, Sultan gained experience through various legal traineeships, including at Baker McKenzie, a cantonal conciliation authority, and several Swiss law firms.

Sultan Aydin advises domestic and international clients on Swiss corporate and capital markets law as well as on commercial, general corporate and contract law.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised Marvell Technology on its acquisition of Polariton Technologies, a Swiss developer of photonics devices, including support on Swiss law aspects of the cross-border transaction and corporate documentation.
