Alma is a junior associate based in our Riyadh office, having joined Baker McKenzie in 2024. Since then, she has been actively engaged in advising both Saudi Arabian and international clients across a broad spectrum of matters.

Representative Legal Matters
- Acted as legal counsel to Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing Company, Saudi's leading makeup e-commerce platform for beauty products, on its successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Tadawul Main Market.
- Acted as legal counsel to Alramz Real Estate Company (Alramz), a leading real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, on its successful initial public offering (IPO) on the main market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
- Advised Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company (Buruj) on its successful merger with the Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Medgulf), which was approved by the general assemblies of both Buruj and Medgulf on 23 October 2025.
