Mohamed focuses on company incorporation and has assisted in setting up businesses in Egypt of many companies across a wide range of industries, including energy, resources and infrastructure, food and beverage / FMCG, insurance, NGOs and pharmaceuticals. Mohamed also assists with all the corporate actions required for the ratification of board resolutions and general assemblies for different types of companies.

• Assisted Haier Appliances Group in connection with the establishment of a new company (Haier Electric Egypt Limited) subject to the provisions of Law 72 of 2017. Our work included the issuance of a tax card and ledgers.
• Assisted Haier Appliances Group in connection with the establishment of a new company (Haier Electric) subject to the provisions of Law 159 of 1981. Our work included the issuance of a tax card and ledgers.
• Represented Korn Ferry Hay Group in connection establishing a limited liability company in Egypt pursuant to the provisions of Law 159 of 1981. Our work included the registration of the company in the commercial registry and the issuance of a tax card and ledgers.
• Assisted in the incorporation of the Egyptian limited liability company "World of Cigars". pursuant to the provisions of Law 159 of 1981. Our work included the issuance of a tax card and ledgers and entering into a tender to rent spaces in Terminal 2, 3 at Cairo International Airport.
• Acted for Genpact International in connection with the incorporation of an Egyptian limited liability company Genpact Egypt LLC. pursuant to the provisions of Law 159 of 1981. Our work included  Our work included the issuance of a tax card  and ledgers.
• Acted for Edita Food Industries in connection with setting-up of a non-for-profit entity for, including obtaining the approval of the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
• Acted for a real estate company the ratification of board resolution and general assembly.
• Acted for Libano-Suisse Takaful - Egypt in connection with the ratification of board resolution and general assembly.
