Mariam Abuladze
Biography
Mariam is a tax associate in Baker McKenzie's Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Mariam practiced at two prominent law firms, where she advised clients on a broad range of US and international tax matters. Her experience includes complex federal and international tax planning, renewable energy tax credit financing transactions, as well as representing investors and sponsors in connection with the federal Opportunity Zone incentive program.
Practice Focus
Mariam advises clients on a broad range of US and international tax matters, including inbound and outbound transactions, cross-border tax planning and the tax structuring of acquisitions, business combinations and global expansions. Her experience includes advising on tax treaties, Subpart F, GILTI and transfer pricing issues.
