Baker McKenzie today announced the appointment of Jennifer Parks as its Global Chief Operating Officer.

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of experience leading complex, multinational professional services organizations, with deep expertise in strategy execution, operational transformation, financial management, governance and talent leadership. 

She joins Baker McKenzie from White & Case, where she most recently served as Chief of Staff to the Chair, providing strategic and operational leadership across the firm’s global business, and previously as Chief Operating Officer for the Asia-Pacific region and President of the firm’s Manila Operations Center. 

As Global Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer will work closely with Baker McKenzie’s leadership team to advance the Firm’s strategic priorities and strengthen operational performance across its global platform. She will be based in New York.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer held leadership positions at Lehman Brothers and Accenture, where she focused on business transformation and operational strategy. 

She holds an MBA in International Management from Columbia Business School and has completed executive programs at Stanford University and MIT.
