One of the largest and most reputable international legal rankings - IFLR1000 – has published its results for this year for the equity and debt capital markets in Poland. The ranking has awarded distinctions to the law firm as a whole, but also to individual lawyers.
In this year's edition of the ranking, Baker McKenzie has been awarded in both categories. In debt capital markets, we have been classified as Tier 2, and in the case of equity markets as Tier 3.
Our lawyers also received the following individual recommendations:
- Marcin Chyliński, the head of the equity capital markets team, received the highest recommendation - "Market leader" (ECM) for another year in a row.
- Michał Głowacki, the head of the debt capital markets team, was awarded "Rising star" (DCM, ECM).
- Marcin Iwaniszyn, the head of the banking and finance Practice, is recommended as "Highly regarded" (Banking, DCM).
All the above awards were granted on the basis of information provided to the ranking by the firm’s clients law firm and with reference to projects carried out in 2021.
