The Arbitration (Amendment) Act 2024 and the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication (Amendment) Act 2024 Passed as Law!

Both Acts were gazetted on 1 November 2024 and thus passed as law. The Acts are not yet in force, as this date is to be appointed by the Minister.
