"It has been and continues to be a great honor to be part of this organization, to manage and work with the professionals from our Warsaw and Łódź offices. Trust, respect and empathy - you have cemented my belief in these values over the years - the core ingredients of management and leadership. It pleases me to have played my part as a ‘humble midwife’, but above all to have been a witness to outstanding accomplishments. Promotions, new rankings, financial results - we are the fastest growing Baker McKenzie office in the region. Hats off to you all for this result!" – summed up Piotr Rawski, the outgoing Managing Partner.
