France’s deadline for the Declaration of Wages (DADS) for income realized in 2013 has been moved to 12 February 2014.
The Single Residence and Work Permit Act (Wet Gecombineerde vergunning voor verblijf en arbeid) will come into force on 1 April 2014. This legislative change will enable migrant workers to follow a single procedure in order to apply for a GVVA (a single document combining both the residence permit and the work permit), instead of having to follow two separate procedures.
