Practice Focus
Chiara mainly practices in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers, de-mergers, transfers of going concern, etc.); general corporate advise to companies; drafting of commercial agreements and memoranda on corporate and commercial matters.
