Biography

Roberto is a transactional and regulatory partner in Baker McKenzie’s Buenos Aires office. He is a member of Baker McKenzie's M&A Latin America Steering Committee as well as a member of the Firm's Global CG&R Steering Committee. He is an Adjunct Professor of Contracts Law at the Buenos Aires University and a visiting professor in several local universities. He has been recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 in his areas of specialization.

Roberto concentrates his practice on advising clients on a broad range of local and cross border corporate projects and transactions, day-to-day operations and regulatory matters across many different industries including Technology, Media & Telecoms, Consumer Goods & Retail and Oil & Gas.
