Théo Girardot advises clients mainly on French and European competition and distribution law matters. His experience covers:
- Cartels and abuses of dominant position: legal advice, audits, assistance during investigations, litigation before the French Competition Authority and French courts;
- Horizontal co-operative agreements, vertical restraints and distribution networks;
- Merger control.
