Biography

Nadège Dallais joined Baker McKenzie in 2001.

Franco-Irish, Nadège assists clients in the management of their general Labor law issues, either for individual or collective relationships (i.e., with employee representatives). She assists companies in various areas such as strategic workforce planning, employment contracts, alternative employment options, working time regulations, settlement agreements, etc. She also assists companies with individual exit processes, harassment and discrimination claims or collective redundancies. She also assists multi-national groups with complex transactions and in the coordination of international projects and compliance matters (including the implementation/management of whistleblowing programs) as well as diversity and inclusion measures and training programs.

Nadège is a key contributor and manages client facing publications including bi-monthly newsletters and publications including the Baker McKenzie Global Employer. She regularly presents webinars/seminars and hosts client training programs on key French employment topics in France and abroad.

Following her education in Ireland, Nadège graduated from the Law School of Toulouse (France) in 2000 and obtained a DESS in European Labor law and Professional Relations from the Law School of Toulouse with a Master of Administration (MA) in Professional Relations at the University of Warwick (UK) in 2001. She carried out an associate training program in Baker McKenzie's Palo Alto office in 2012.

Nadège is an active member of the Paris Green Committee and co-heads the Paris Pro Bono Committee and manages such initiatives. Nadège also participates in the firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts and has been a member of the European Employment Steering Committee since 2021.

Practice Focus

Nadège assists clients in the management of general individual and collective employment issues. Her practice covers various areas ranging from employment agreements, working time regulations, settlement agreements, dealing with employee representatives, individual dismissals and collective redundancies and reorganizations. Nadège also assists multinational groups with the coordination of international projects.
