Charles Baudoin
Biography
Charles Baudoin joined the Tax department of Baker McKenzie in Paris in 2015.
Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Charles was an associate in the tax department at another global law firm in Paris from 2007 to 2014.
Practice Focus
Charles advises French and international companies as well as private equity firms on domestic and international tax law.
He is active in all corporate tax law matters. His practice is especially focused on the tax structuring of complex operations such as mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
