Baker McKenzie advised Banco BPM on its loan of approximately EUR 24.3 million to G.I.C. Gruppo Italiano Costruzioni S.r.l. for the urban redevelopment of an area of approximately 6,550 square meters in Via Mameli in Verona, Italy, and the construction of a residential complex on the site, divided into four buildings with a total of 148/152 apartments and 154 garages.
