Baker McKenzie Italy's shareholders' meeting elected new management for a three-year term. Paola Colarossi assumes the position of managing partner of the Milan and Rome offices, succeeding Francesco Pisciotta in the role. The management team will also include Partners Massimiliano Biolchini, who will be responsible for Talent Management, and Francesca Gaudino, who will be responsible for Business Development, Marketing & Communications.

Lawyer Paola Colarossi, who has been with Baker McKenzie since 1997, is a partner in the Corporate and M&A department and head of the Corporate Reorganization practice. She assists Italian and foreign multinational groups dealing with extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance.
