Prof. Michael Schmidl is a specialist lawyer for information technology law (Fachanwalt für IT-Recht) in the Firm’s Munich office. He is the author of several articles and publications, including “The Law of IT-Security” in the Compliance Handbook of Beck Verlag. A lecturer at the University of Augsburg, Prof. Schmidl likewise gives presentations about e-commerce, data privacy, IT security and electronic signatures.
