Léna Sersiron is a member of the Firm’s Competition and Distribution Practice Group in Paris. She joined the Firm in September 2003 and became a local partner in January 2008. Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, she served as manager of the Contracts, Competition and Distribution Group of Ernst & Young Paris. Ms. Sersiron is a member of Association Française d’Etude de la Concurrence (French Branch of the International League for Competition) and Association des Professionnels du Droit de la Concurrence (Competition Law Association).
Practice Focus
Ms. Sersiron focuses her practice on French and European competition and distribution law matters. She provides legal advice on cartels and abuses of dominant position, audits, assistance during cartel investigations, litigation before the French Competition Authority and the Paris Court of Appeals and other compliance programs. She also has significant experience on horizontal cooperative agreements, vertical restraints and distribution networks, as well as French billing policies and sales regulations.

Léna Sersiron est Local Partner au sein de Baker & McKenzie SCP où elle a intégré le groupe Concurrence / Distribution en septembre 2003, et a été promue Local Partner en 2008.
Ses domaines d’expertise sont le droit de la distribution, le droit de la promotion des ventes, le droit de la concurrence, et le droit des contrats.
Avocat au Barreau des Hauts-de-Seine depuis 2000, Léna Sersiron a travaillé dans le Département de Droit des Contrats, de la Concurrence et de la Distribution du cabinet HSD Ernst & Young, Paris depuis décembre 1999. Auparavant, elle a collaboré un an en tant que consultante juridique du bureau de Ernst & Young à Libreville (Gabon). Elle est titulaire du D.E.A. de Droit International Privé de l'Université de Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
Elle est co-auteur du fascicule du Juris-Classeur relatif aux formules contractuelles en matière de savoir-faire et brevets, («Réservation du savoir faire», «Regroupement à l’achat – Structures juridiques») ainsi que du «Guide des négociations commerciales» (2006) des éditions Dalloz.
