Fabrice Varandas practices in the Real Estate Practice Group of Baker McKenzie in Paris. He joined the Real Estate Practice Group of Baker McKenzie in February 2007.

Fabrice Varandas has expertise in real estate M&A, real estate finance, construction law, acquisitions, leases and specific regulations and general business law.
He advises French and foreign investors on real estate corporate transactions, setting-up of real estate investment funds (including OPCIs), joint-venture agreements, acquisitions of buildings and real estate portfolios and advises users in the scope of their setting up in France.
