Vinzenz Sutter
Biography
Vinzenz Sutter is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office and a member of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance practice groups. He joined the Firm in 2019 as a trainee lawyer and later rejoined as an associate. Prior to his return, Vinzenz Sutter worked as a law clerk at the Civil Court of the Canton of Zug. He graduated in Law & Economics from the University of St. Gallen.
Practice Focus
Vinzenz Sutter advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law. In addition, his practice includes financing matters and providing regulatory advice to financial services institutions.
