Magnus Stålmarker
Biography
Magnus Stålmarker is part of the Arbitration & Litigation department. He graduated from the University of Gothenburg in 2002. Mr. Stålmarker also studied law at the University of Mannheim in Germany from 1999 to 2000, within the framework of the Erasmus program. He clerked at the District Court of Gothenburg and served in the Svea Court of Appeal from 2002 to 2007. He joined Baker McKenzie in March 2007.
Practice Focus
In addition to dispute resolution, Mr. Stålmarker focuses his practice on public procurement matters. He has acted as counsel and co-counsel in cases at several courts in Sweden, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.
