Patrick McGregor

Patrick is a corporate lawyer in Baker McKenzie’s Abu Dhabi office, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Patrick was a senior corporate lawyer at a Magic Circle firm's London, Dubai and affiliated Sydney offices.

Patrick has significant experience advising government-owned entities and portfolio companies. Patrick also has in-house experience, having undertaken secondments at Morgan Stanley and BP plc.
