Biography
Kathrin Marchant has been working with the Banking and Finance Practice Group of the Munich, Frankfurt, Paris and London offices of Baker McKenzie since 2005. She currently serves as a member of the Firm’s Energy, Chemicals, Mining and Engineering Industry Group and the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group.
Practice Focus
Kathrin has broad experience in acting for both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of international finance transactions advising on matters of German and English law. She practices mainly in the areas of general banking and syndicated lending, acquisition finance, export and trade finance, project finance and debt restructuring.
