Biography

Stephen Long is a partner in the Tax Practice, based in Dallas. He routinely represents multinational companies during audit, through administrative appeals, and in court. He also has experience in domestic and international structuring and tax planning. Mr. Long is a frequent speaker at Tax Executives Institute events. He is also a regular contributor to Bloomberg BNA's Daily Tax Report.

Practice Focus

Mr. Long's practice focuses on federal and multistate tax controversy issues. He is experienced in resolving issues before the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities, including the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
