Biography
Estefania is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Miami office and a member of the North America Transactional Group.
Prior to joining the firm, Estefania worked with organizations such as the MacArthur Foundation, Children's Law Center in D.C., and Teach For America.

Estefania focuses her practice on corporate matters, with an emphasis on cross-border reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, debt financing, and general corporate and securities law matters.
