Marlies Kittinger
Biography
Marlies Kittinger joined Baker McKenzie's IPTech Practice Group in Vienna as a junior associate in May 2023.
Prior to joining the Firm, Marlies obtained professional experience at the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Spain, as a judicial clerk at the Higher Regional Court Vienna and as a paralegal in a boutique law firm in Innsbruck.
She studied Management & Law at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI) and Law at the University of Innsbruck, and gained valuable experience at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
Practice Focus
Marlies advises multinational and domestic clients on intellectual property and related litigation, including trademark, copyright and unfair competition, as well as consumer protection, e-commerce and data protection.
